what do you do when you absolutely hate your job, but REALLY love your coworkers?

pros:
-my coworkers are people i personally don't meet every day.
-they tell me stories, jokes, and tricks.
-our conversations are filled with things i've never heard of before.
-my coworkers are just fucking tight.. well, a few of them..

cons:
-i don't do anyhting at work. the majority of the time is spent doing my own homework at the front desk. today i could be found reading Kagan's The origins of war..
-i'm basically a menu monitor.. i help keep the menu stack tidy. wtf..,y o.. and that's what i spend my time at the front desk doing.. organizing the menus.. yeah, i know..
-by doing this monotonous labor i get really tired. --being tired as a result of not doing anything is not my piece of pie.
-there's really no gain in this job..

but i cannot emphasize how much i enjoy my coworkers..
so what should i do?
